Delivery

Standard orders are typically delivered within 3 to 5 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery timelines depend on your location:

Major Cities (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Faisalabad) — 2 to 3 business days in most cases.

Other Nationwide Locations — 4 to 5 business days. Remote areas may occasionally experience slightly longer delivery windows.

You will receive a tracking number via SMS or email once your order has been dispatched. You can monitor real-time delivery progress through the courier's tracking portal.

Payment

Yes. RK Derma offers Cash on Delivery nationwide across Pakistan. You pay when your order arrives — no advance payment required.

This applies to all standard product orders. Our courier partner will contact you before delivery to confirm timing. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the order.

Tracking

Once your order is packed and dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email to the contact details provided at checkout.

Use this tracking number on our courier partner's website to monitor your parcel's real-time status and estimated delivery window. If you have not received tracking details within 24 hours of your order, please contact our support team.

Cancellation

Yes — orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. To cancel, contact our support team as soon as possible after placing your order via WhatsApp or email, including your order number.

Once an order has been shipped and is in transit with our courier partner, cancellation is no longer possible. In this case, you may refuse delivery at the door, or contact us within 7 days of receipt to initiate a return if the product is unused and unopened.

Shipping

Shipping charges may apply depending on your order value and location. Current shipping rates and any free delivery thresholds are displayed clearly at checkout before you confirm your order.

We periodically offer free shipping promotions for orders above a certain value. Check our website or social media pages for the latest offers.

Address

If you notice an error in your delivery address, contact us immediately via WhatsApp or email with your order number and corrected address details. Address changes can only be made before the order is dispatched.

Once dispatched, the address is locked in the courier system. We will do our best to assist but cannot guarantee a mid-transit address change.

Scalp Saver

Apply Scalp Saver directly to a clean or slightly damp scalp. There is no need to rinse it out — it is a leave-in treatment.

Using clean fingertips or the applicator, distribute the lotion across the scalp and massage gently in circular motions until fully absorbed. Focus on areas of concern such as the crown, hairline, or any regions of thinning.

For optimal results, use twice daily — morning and evening. If using post-procedure (after hair transplant, PRP, or exosome treatment), begin use only when your clinician advises it is safe to do so.

WIN-T SPF 100

WIN-T SPF 100 should be applied as the final step in your morning skincare routine, after moisturiser and before any makeup.

Apply generously to all exposed skin areas — face, neck, and hands — at least 20 minutes before going outdoors. Do not skimp on quantity; applying too little significantly reduces the effective SPF level.

During extended outdoor activity, reapply every two hours or immediately after swimming or heavy sweating. For daily indoor use with only incidental sun exposure, one morning application is sufficient.

Skin Types

Both Scalp Saver and WIN-T SPF 100 are formulated with skin compatibility in mind across a range of skin types. However, individual skin sensitivities vary, so we always recommend performing a patch test before first full use.

To patch test: apply a small amount to the inner forearm or behind the ear and wait 24 hours. If no redness, itching, or irritation occurs, the product is likely suitable for your skin. If you have a known allergy to any ingredient listed, consult a dermatologist before use.

WIN-T SPF 100: Protection from UV exposure is immediate upon correct application. With regular daily use, improvements in pigmentation and skin tone are typically visible within 4–8 weeks.

Always follow your clinician's specific aftercare instructions. The timing for introducing post-procedure topical products varies depending on your surgical technique, healing progress, and your surgeon's protocol.

As a general guideline, many clinicians advise beginning leave-in scalp treatments between Day 7 and Day 14 post-transplant — once initial graft anchoring has occurred and the scalp surface is no longer broken or openly healing. Your treating surgeon will confirm the right timing for your individual case.

PRP / Exosomes

Scalp Saver was specifically developed to support scalp recovery following hair restoration procedures including hair transplant, PRP, and exosome therapies. Its formulation supports scalp balance, reduces inflammation, and helps maintain follicle stability during recovery.

Hair Washing

Scalp Saver is a leave-in treatment — apply it to a clean, dry scalp after washing. Do not apply before showering or on a scalp with product build-up, as this reduces absorption and efficacy.

Sun Protection

Protecting a healing scalp from UV exposure is important — direct sun can increase inflammation and compromise graft survival in the early weeks. However, applying sunscreen directly to the recipient area is generally not recommended in the immediate post-operative period.

Your surgeon will advise on when it is safe to begin applying topical sun protection products. In the early weeks, wearing a loose, breathable hat when outdoors is typically the safest approach.
