Section 01

Return Eligibility

We want you to be completely satisfied with your RK Derma purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product is unused and unopened in its original sealed condition
  • All original packaging, inserts, and protective seals are fully intact
  • The item shows no visible damage, alteration, or tampering of any kind
  • You have your order confirmation or proof of purchase available

Important — Skincare & Hygiene Products

For hygiene, safety, and formulation integrity reasons, opened skincare or cosmetic products cannot be returned unless the item is confirmed defective or damaged upon arrival. This applies to Scalp Saver and WIN-T SPF 100 once the protective seal has been broken.

Section 02

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take quality control seriously, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly fulfilled, we will resolve it swiftly and at no additional cost to you.

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and product photographs showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item received.

We Resolve It Quickly

Our team will review your case within one business day and arrange a replacement shipment or full refund — whichever you prefer.

The Refund Process

Once your return request is approved, our team will guide you through the return shipment process. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate your refund immediately.

All returned products are inspected for the conditions listed in Section 01. If the product meets our return criteria, the refund is approved and processed through your original payment method.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

RK Derma also offers a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee on consistent use. If you have used the product as directed for 30 days and are not satisfied with your results, contact our support team. We will assess your case and work toward a resolution that makes things right.

Refund Timeline

We process refunds as quickly as possible. Please allow the following timeframes after your refund has been approved:

Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment method. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us if the issue persists.

Section 05

Shipping Costs on Returns

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the direct result of an error on our part — such as sending a wrong item, a defective product, or a damaged shipment.

For approved returns due to customer preference (change of mind, unused and unopened items within 7 days), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.

Section 06

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:

  • Opened skincare products with broken hygiene seals
  • Products returned more than 7 days after confirmed delivery
  • Items showing evidence of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing packaging
  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance sales (unless defective)
