RK Derma Care — care & aesthetics

Clinical evidence

Eight weeks, two hundred participants, and the limitations stated plainly

This page sets out exactly what we measured and how. Where the evidence is weaker than a marketing team would like, we have left that in.

Section 01

What was studied

Self-reported and observer-graded change in scalp condition, hair density and skin comfort among users of Scalp Saver, ZINSAS, D-ACNE and MCLEAN under normal daily use.

Section 02

Study duration

Eight weeks of continuous use, with assessment points at baseline, week 4 and week 8.

Section 03

Participants

200 participants across Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Multan and Peshawar. Mixed genders, ages 21–52, including post-transplant and post-PRP patients within their clinician-cleared window.

Section 04

Methodology

Participants used assigned products as directed alongside their usual routine. Data was collected through structured questionnaires and standardised photography under fixed lighting. This was an internal, unblinded study without a placebo arm.

Section 05

What the numbers mean

A figure such as 46% means 46% of participants recorded improvement on that measure at week 8 versus their own baseline. It does not mean a 46% change in any physical quantity, and it is not a comparison against another product.

Section 06

Limitations

The study was run by RK Derma Care, not an independent institution. There was no placebo control and no blinding, and a share of the outcomes are self-reported. These results support our claims; they are not a substitute for peer-reviewed clinical research, and we do not present them as such.

Headline results

Week 8, versus each participant's own baseline

47%
reported reduced irritation and clearer skin
50%
reported improved oil balance and comfort
48%
reported stronger texture and more even tone

Questions about the trial

Reasonable scepticism

No. The study was designed and run internally by RK Derma Care. We report it as internal evidence, not as independent medical research.
